    it's funny until you realize just how much of your time is wasted by these people.

    my wife copies-and-pastes from the pop-up menu. at least she doesn't go to the "Edit" menu.

    That's how my mother is with a computer. Just throw in ten thousand unnecessary questions that she could answer herself if she'd just use her eyes and some damned common sense!
